Return Requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to return a product, you must contact us <strong>within 3 days of receiving your order<\/strong> by sending an email to <strong><a>info@shoporiaplus.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your email must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>photo of the product<\/strong> showing its condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>order number and contact details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>clear reason for the return request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will review your request and reply with the next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for the <strong>return shipping cost<\/strong> and any related expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items must be <strong>unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
