Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help with any issues related to defective or incorrect items.

1. Return Requests

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@shoporiaplus.com.

Your email must include:

  • A photo of the product showing its condition
  • Your order number and contact details
  • A clear reason for the return request

We will review your request and reply with the next steps.

Please note:

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any related expenses.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item different from your order

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or as agreed).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products not eligible due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. personal care items)
  • Sale or promotional items

4. Shipping and Return Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at info@shoporiaplus.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including product photos and order details.
